What is a “reading”? It means the actors have not been given enough rehearsal time to memorize the lines, so they carry a script! A reading with professional actors is between a full show and “story time.” Actors fully embody their characters. There is little to no set, leaving space for your imagination to soar! Actors will carry scripts but may still be staged by the director, with costume pieces, a few hand props, and minimal furniture. These lightly staged readings are held in the intimate embrace of our studio in Downtown Livermore. Enjoy some refreshments and light bites with a cozy theater experience.

Holiday Soiree
Get in the holiday spirit with a script-in-hand reading of short holiday stories including The Fir-Tree by Hans Christian Andersen. Keep warm with a DIY hot cocoa bar, an assortment of sweet confections, and a group sing-along.
Readings will take place at the Livermore SPARC Studio, with a one-time showing at the Front Row Theater in San Ramon. Bring the whole family to celebrate the holiday season at this Holiday Soiree.
